Mangalayatan University

Mangalayatan University Aligarh is recognised by the University Grants Commission – Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB), which authorises the university to conduct open and distance learning programs in the higher education system. The university is also entitled by the UGC to offer online degree programs, and its technical programs are additionally approved by AICTE. Mangalayatan University has been awarded NAAC Grade A+ — the highest accreditation grade — in the first cycle of accreditation, with a CGPA of 3.34 on a 4-point scale. This reflects outstanding performance in teaching quality, research, infrastructure, and student support. The university is recognised under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act of 1956 — among the highest standards of legal recognition in Indian higher education.
